Use this guide to order through Super Global Host or SuperApp. The live SUPERAPP50 page shows the currently eligible products, billing terms and offer status.

Claim the offer in four steps

1. Choose: select an eligible ERP or hosting plan and a qualifying billing term.
2. Account: sign in to your Super Global Host account or create an account at checkout.
3. Coupon: enter SUPERAPP50 in the shopping-cart promotion-code box and click Validate Code or Apply. Confirm that the discount appears.
4. Payment: choose a method available on your order or invoice, complete payment and follow your order status in your account.

What do I save?

The code reduces qualifying items by 50%. For example, an eligible SAR 1,000 item becomes SAR 500 before applicable tax and extras. Setup charges, integrations, addons and other items qualify only when the cart explicitly discounts them. Review the complete order total, including setup charges and recurring prices.

Offer terms: Initial purchase only; standard renewal prices apply. Eligible billing terms: One Time, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually, Biennially. WHMCS confirms eligibility and the final total at checkout.

Which products are eligible?

Use the eligible list on the offer page. A product on another page is not automatically included. Both the product and selected billing term must qualify. If the cart rejects the code, read its message or ask SuperApp before paying.

How do I pay?

Choose the method shown on your invoice. Where offered, HyperPay Mada accepts Mada; HyperPay Visa/Mastercard supports its listed cards; SSLCommerz may offer Visa/Mastercard, bKash and bank options. The gateway determines which options are available for the transaction and currency.

For manual bank transfer, use the details on your invoice, include the invoice number and send the transfer reference to support. The payment is recorded after receipt is verified. Do not share card details, PINs, passwords or OTPs in chat.

Can I use an existing domain?

Where supported by your hosting plan, choose the existing-domain option. Update nameservers or DNS after receiving the hosting setup details. A free domain is included only when your chosen plan expressly lists it.

ERP, ZATCA and customization

ZATCA Phase 1 and Phase 2 integration are available with our ERP plans. Phase 2 integration normally costs an additional SAR 500 before applicable VAT unless your written quote includes it. Integration and customization are not automatically included in the coupon. Confirm scope, price and delivery time before paying.

For Phase 2 onboarding, you need authorized access to your business account on zatca.gov.sa and its Fatoora portal. Your authorized representative should complete the required portal steps with our team. Never send passwords or one-time verification codes in chat.

After payment

Your order follows the service delivery and onboarding process once payment is confirmed. Manual transfers need verification. This promotion does not revise already-paid invoices or automatically discount later renewals.
